We exist to develop and mentor our apprentices employed at The Trewythen to help develop their confidence and knowledge at a casual fine dining level.
In essence, our focus is on providing an excellent experience to our guests while nurturing the next generation of hospitality professionals producing and serving delicious food based on the best that this country has to offer.
Our opening hours:
Monday- Saturday
Lunch – 12pm-3pm
Afternoon Tea – 2.30pm-5.30pm
Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings)
Dinner 6pm-8:30pm
