We kindly request that guests check out by 10.30 am on the day of departure to ensure our housekeeping team can fully deep clean the room.
We will take pre-authorisation for your stay via card we are operating a cashless system as much as possible.
Guests staying at the hotel will be given a welcome pack containing their room key and information regarding social distancing requirements throughout the hotel. Our team will be on hand for any questions throughout your stay.
Full Welsh breakfast will be served to guests and pre-ordered the night before.
In accordance with NHS infection control, Covid rules our linen is washed at the highest temperatures for your safety.
Where possible, we will take measures to ensure customers and staff can safely distance themselves from others. We ask that customers remain seated while payments are being processed.
We have provided hand sanitiser stations at primary entrances and key high traffic areas.
Our team will ensure hourly sanitation of all public toilets, staircases and high touchpoints in all public areas.
Even though we can now accommodate tables larger than 6, we will monitor this due to the capacity of the restaurant so that diners feel comfortable and safe, this is also due to the size of the kitchen that cooks fresh to order and the style of food that we produce. We will require customers to phone and speak to a member of staff if they require a table larger than 6 so that we can best accommodate them and serve them safely.
