Your Booking

  • Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Our cancellation policy is up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that deposits will be non-refundable.

  • Is there a minimum stay? 

Breaks are for a minimum of 2 night stays, arrival from 4pm (early arrivals can be discussed in advance) departure time 10am.

  • Can I book a single room only?

No, The Trewythen is for exclusive hire only and must be booked as a whole. 

 

The Trewythen

  • Does The Trewythen have parking?

We have 6 free parking spaces to the side of the building available for guests, the spaces cannot be reserved. alternative parking is available to the rear of the building in a public car park.
The public car park behind our building also includes 4 electric charging points.
The Trewythen will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to any vehicle or contents left in the car park.

  • Can I smoke in the bedroom?

Smoking is not permitted at The Trewythen, we have a strict non-smoking policy within all parts of the building.

  • Is The Trewythen dog friendly?

Well behaved dogs are welcome, we accept 2 dogs per booking. There will be a small fee for any additional dogs.

  • Does The Trewythen have  a lift?

No, the building does not have a lift.

  • Does The Trewythen have WiFi access?

Yes, there is free Wifi throughout the building.

  • Does The Trewythen recycle?

We do recycle as much as possible including newspapers, glass, cans, and plastic bottles. When staying please use the recycling and rubbish bins provided in the outdoor courtyard.

Our Bedrooms

  • Are your bedrooms wheelchair accessible?

We have one ground floor en-suite bedroom, however the bath/shower is not wheelchair friendly.

  • Are your bedrooms en-suite?

Yes, all of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

  • Are linen and towels provided? 

Yes, all linen and towels are provided for each room.

  • How many people do your bedrooms accommodate?

We have 8 bedrooms, each a different size and style. our largest family rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests

  • Do you offer cots in bedrooms?

Yes, we are able to provide cots, we have a limited number so are subject to availability.  We also have 2 highchairs available for use. Please contact the team as soon as possible to arrange this.

Payments

  • Can I pay with cash?

We do not accept cash payments, all payments need to be made in advance of booking.

  • Do you accept all credit cards?

We accept most credit cards, we are not able to accept Diners Club or American Express

  • Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £200 will be taken at the time of booking. The outstanding balance needs to be paid 72 hours prior to your arrival.
