When making a booking at The Trewythen a deposit will be required and the final balance will be payable on your departure. You will receive a confirmation email. Please check all of your confirmation details carefully and if any information is incorrect, please contact The Trewythen via email or telephone; 01686 411333 so that all adjustments or errors can be amended prior to your stay. We cannot accept any responsibility for any inaccuracies on the day of your arrival. Should you need to amend your original booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can try and accommodate you.
Your room will be available for check-in from 4pm-8pm but if you would like an earlier arrival please phone and ask if this is possible. Any additional items such as dining, drinks will be added to your bill ready for your departure. Check-out is at 10.30am on the day of your departure.
Breakfast times; Monday-Friday: 7.30am-9.30am and 8am-10am on the weekend.
For Dining; Please arrive on time for your table booking. Your table will only be held for 15 minutes, after this you will classed as a no-show and your deposit will be non-refundable.
Any special requests to your booking for the hotel or dining are subject to availability and prior information should be sent by email or telephone giving reasonable notice so that we can try and accommodate your needs.
During your stay or dining experience at The Trewythen, please respect all Covid-19 regulations, we expect all our guests to behave in a respectable manner if a guest or a member of your party causes any upset or distress to other guests at The Trewythen or any damage of hotel property we can without notice ask the persons concerned to leave the hotel. No refunds will be available.
If you or a member of your booking has a medical problem or disability that might affect your stay please contact the team before you arrive so that we can help assist you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance cover you have provides adequate cover while staying with us. The Trewythen will not accept any responsibility for damaged items or property while you are staying with us. Please note cars in our car park are parked at owners own risk.
At any time that you are not happy or dissatisfied while staying at the property, please come and see a member of staff so that this can be brought to our attention and we will make every effort to rectify the problem or issue.
For any additional complaints, you should please write your concerns to the Manager at The Trewythen, Great Oak Street, Llanidloes, Powys, SY18 6BW.
All guests staying with us you should be aware that our cancelation policy is up to 4 pm, two days before you arrive. Please be aware that deposits will be non-refundable after this time.
For guests dining at Chartists 1770, we require 24hrs notice prior to your arrival if you wish to cancel your table.
If The Trewythen needs to make any changes to your booking that could affect your stay or dining experience then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will endeavour to make other arrangements or a refund.
All additional or special requests are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the provision for special requests. Any additional requests should be made prior to your arrival, giving reasonable advance notice.
